Description
One of the few ferns that will stay green all winter long. Christmas ferns have leathery, dark green, lance-shaped leaflets. Christmas ferns serve as excellent erosion control, as they prefer the lower parts of woodland hillside and stream banks. Prefers partial shade, but will tolerate full sunlight as long as soil is kept moist to prevent the plant from drying out. Will reach a height of 24-36 inches.
